Destinations covered: Trivandrum – Kovalam

Day 01: Trivandrum – Kovalam: Welcome in God’s own country! You will be welcomed at Trivandrum airport, assisted and transferred straight to Kovalam – one of the best beach destinations in Kerala. On arrival, check in at your heritage Ayurvedic Tour Kerala resort. During the day enjoy Ayurvedic massages using Herbal powder and oils.

Day 02: Kovalam (Ayurvedic massages & visit to Wooden Palace): Morning enjoy 1 hour massage session using different herbal oils. After the therapy session, enjoy the rejuvenating Steam bath. You will be also provided Herbal juices and herbal tea. After brief leisure, you have the option to visit the beautiful ‘Wooden Palace’ (30 minutes drive from your Ayurveda centre.

Day 03: Kovalam (Yoga, Ayurvedic massages & city tour): Morning enjoy a general body massage for 01 hour, using different herbal oils. After the therapy session, enjoy the rejuvenating steam bath. You will be also provided Herbal juices and herbal tea. Later visit the main attractions of Trivandum. You may learn Yoga and meditation sessions at the property and practices it. During the evening time you have the option to visit the nearby temple to see the spiritual songs performance. Stay overnight at your Ayurvedic centre.

Day 04: Kovalam (Yoga & Ayurvedic massages): Morning enjoy 1 hour massage session using different herbal powder or oils. After the therapy session, enjoy the rejuvenating Steam bath.

Day 08: Departure: Morning after breakfast check out from your Ayurvedic centre and at appropriate time you will be transferred to Trivandrum airport for your onwards journey back to your home destinations. The tour ends.
